PEKANBARU, CELAHKOTANEWS.COM – Indonesia tengah heboh-hebohnya dengan prostitusi online yang melibatkan sejumlah artis ternama. Satu artis dan mucikarinya berhasil diringkas dan kasusnya tengah dalam pendalaman pihak kepolisian.
Sementara di Riau, Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Pekanbaru pada Kamis (11/6/2015) menuntut dua wanita yang berprofesi sebagai mucikari dengan hukuman 18 bulan penjara.
Riska Maryati dan Pontas Sitorus terlibat perdagangan wanita di bawah umur dan menurut Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU), Ivan Yoko SH terbukti secara sah melanggar Pasal 2 ayat (1) UU RI nomor 21 tahun 2007 tentang perdagangan orang dan Pasal 88 UU RI nomor 23 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak.
Keduanya terbukti bersalah melanggar hukum, dengan mempekerjakan wanita sebagai pelaku seks komersial di Komplek Lokalisasi Maredan, Kelurahan Kulim, Kecamatan Tenayan Raya, Pekanbaru, Riau.
“Menuntut saudara terdakwa Pontas Sitorus dan saudari terdakwa Riska Maryati, dengan pidana penjara selama 1 tahun 6 bulan,” jelas JPU dihadapan majelis hakim yang diketuai Masrul SH.
Keduanya juga diwajibkan membayar denda masing-masing sebesar Rp100 juta atau subsider 3 bulan.
Untuk diketahui, prbuatan kedua terdakwa diketahui saat Polsek Tenayan Raya mendapatkan laporan dari masyarakat. Kemudian pihak kepolisian langsung mengamankan 7 orang wanita, yang terdiri dari 1 orang juru masak, 4 orang pekerja seks komersial yang telah dewasa dan 2 orang pekerja seks yang masih di bawah umur.
