Sekdako Dumai H. Muhamad Nasir yang hadir mendampingi Walikota Dumai menerangkan sejumlah persiaapan maupun kegiatan seremonial yang akan dilaksanakan selama oven MTQ tingkat Provinsi Riau ini.
“Untuk persiapan semua dalam pengerjaan dan kita juga akan membangun astaka utama di Taman Bukit Gelanggang Kota Dumai dengan konsep permanen. Dimana nantinya setelah pelaksanaan MTQ asrama utama akan dirubah menjadi gerbang utama pintu masuk taman bukit gelanggang dengan sebahagian asrama akan kita rombak,” kata Sekdako.
Ditambahkan Nasir, Selain astaka utama sejumlah veniu pertandingan juga telah dipersiapkan. Dimana sejumlah lokasi seperti Masjid Taqwa, Masjiq Habiburahman, Gedung serbaguna dan tempat lainnya juga akan menjadi lokasi pelaksanaan MTQ kali ini.
“Untuk memeriahkan kegiatan kali ini kita juga akan mengadakan festival budaya di Taman Bukit Gelanggang yang menjadi pusat kegiatan MTQ ini. Sejumlah stan dari daerah peserta juga akan berdiri guna promoasi daerah dan juga stan bagi pedagang. Dimana stan yang ada akan mengarah ke jalan Sudirman sebagai salah satu jalan protokol yang ada di Dumai dan banyak dilewati warga,” terangnya.
Untuk memeriahkan lagi kegiatan ini, “Pemko Dumai selaku tuan rumah akan menggelar pawai budaya dan MTQ di jalan dengan mobil hias. Dimana pawai keliling akan dimulai di Taman Bukit Gelanggang melintas di Jalan Sudirman, jalan Sultan Syarif Kasim dan finis di Jalan Budi Kemuliaan,” tambahnya.
Nantinya pembukaan MTQ ini secara langsung dibuka oleh Gubernur Riau H. Arsyajuliandi Rahman dan dihadiri kepala daerah se Provinsi Riau sekelagus melepaskan pawai keliling.
Segala persiapan untuk menjamu para peserta MTQ maupun tamu VIP sudah kita persiapkan terutama persiapan penginapan mereka. Kita sudah berkoordinasi dengan pihak hotel dan PHRI untuk persiapan ini, kata M. Nasir. (Infotorial)
