CELAHKOTANEWS.COM||DUMAI – Krisis global yang selalu yang selalu menekan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional menharuskan kita berpikir ulang tentang strategi pembangunan.sudah seharusnya dan saat yang tepat diciptakan ketahanan ekonomi baru yang bertumpu pada kekutana ekonomi daerah guna mengarungi komoditi imfor.sejauh ini di kota dumai sudah ada tiga badan uhasaha milik daerah pemerintah kota dumai diantaranya PT.pelabuhan dumai berseri,PT,Pembanguan daerah,Dan PT.tirta dumai bersemai sebagai enttisitas bisnis milik pemerintah daerah seharusnya dapat berperan untuk tumbung dan kembang laju nya perekonomian di kota dumai,di tambah lagi kota dumai dengan segala potensi yang dapat di garap oleh tiga badan usaha milik daerah tersebut namun pertanyaanya ,sudah siapkah ketiga BUMD ini untuk berperan aktif…
Sejauh ini juga di harapakan pmerintah daerah khusunya pemerintah kota dumai dapat menjadi pengerak urtama dalam pertumbuhan ekaonomi dan instrumen apa yang bisa di gunakan untuk mempercepat serta ketahan dan keungulan ekonomi di kota dumai ini.sebagimana yang kita ketahui pula di sepanjang pesisir pantai kota dumai di hiasi denga ratusan tengky industri bahkan jika di lihat dimalam hari kota dumai bagaikan permata yang berkilau memancarkan sejuta keungulan yang masih belum tergarap dengan potensial.
Sejauh ini kota dumai dengan segala potensi yang menjanjikan membuat banyak orang terlena dan terlambat sadar tentang peluang kota dumai penuh dengan kekayaan namun sejauh ini juga peran ketiga badan usaha milik daerah serta peranan penting pemerintah kota dumai sangat di perlukan.
Selain pemerintah kota Dumai tiga badan usaha milik daerah tentunya harus jeli pula melihat peluang yang ada di depan kelopak mata perlunya senergipitas dan peran BUMD untuk mengakat tarap hidup ekonomi masyarakat kota dumai namun tentunya dengan catan penting bukan untuk kepentingan satu golongan.
Sejauh ini tentunya kita masyrakat kota dumai bertanya sudah mampukah BUMD kota dumai untuk mengemban untuk menjadi pelaku industry berbagai produk di kota dumai dumai…?
ketiga BUMD ini menjadi instrumen pemerintah untuk hal hal yang yang tidak bisa dilakukan olekah dinas atau SKPD,masih banyak peluang yang mestinya dapat di garap,sejauh ini juga salah satu contoh yang sampai dengan hari khusnya PT.BUMD tirta dumai bersemai dengan air bersih,PT.pelabuhan dumai berseri dengan pelabuhanya dan jasa tunda pandunya ,PT.Pembaugan daerah dengan blacing planya namun sejuah ini juga belum dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berati bagi masyrakat kota dumai.
Dalam paripurana DPRD kota dumai Pada awal agustus lalu juru bicara Pansus DPRD kota dumai Hasrizal.SH terhdapa RPJMD tahun 2016/2021 menyampaikan beberapa hal yang penting ssalah satunya Asrial mengapresiasi pelayanan infrastruktur air bersih 52,2 persen dan hal ini dipandang bisa tercapai dengan priritas pembanguan yang utama.
Selain itu juga juru bicara pansun juga menngingatkan isu strategis harus dipokuskan dan didukung dengan data dan tidak menjadi OPINI .
Ketua Pansus LKPJ walikota 2015 kedepanya,kekayaan daerah BUMD untuk mampu berkontribusi dalam peningkatan PAD.
Walikota Dumai di sela serah terima jabatan dengan penjabat walikota dumai di gedung seri bunga tanjung jalan puteri tujuh beberapa waktu yang lalu terkait 3 badan usaha milik daerah kota Dumai mengatakan,
“Terkait dengan Badan usa ini kita tentunya harus mengakji terlebih dahulu terutama maslah pelyanan,seperti PDAM,bgaimana masyrakat dapat meproleh air kemudian dengan bumd PT.Pembanguan ini tentunya diawasi kemudian akan di lakukan perubahan sistem kerjanya sehinga dapat mengahsilkan termasuk pt,pelabuhan dumai berseri yang bergerak di bidang jasa tunda pandu”,terang Walikota Dumai.
Harus di akui oleh BUMD yang ada di kota dumai sebagai instutusi bisnis,tentunya harus Mampu Untuk mendokra roda perekaonomian dan mengarap potensi – potensi yang masih belum tergarap di kota Dumai.(c1/wan)
