CELAHKOTANEWS.COM||DUMAI – Kabar pelantikan sejumlah pejabat eselon III dan IV pada Kabinet Kerja Pemerintahan Zulkifli AS dan Eko Suharjo, mulai menemukan titik terang.
Secara tersirat, Walikota Dumai Drs. Zulkifli As. Msi memastikan pelantikan akan dilaksanaka pada awal bulan Desember 2016 mendatang sembari menunggu Struktur Organisasi Tata Kerja (SOTK) tahun 2017.
“Insya Allah awal Desember tahun ini akan dilaksanakan pelantikan eselon. Tapi kita masih menunggu SOTK baru, setelah terbentuk SOTK baru, barulah kita akan melakukan pelantikan,” katanya, Sabtu (15/10/16).
Orang nomor wahid di Kota Dumai mengatakan, pelantikan sejumlah pejabat eselon di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Dumai berdasarkan kualitas dan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) tersebut.
“Untuk mencapai visi dan misi pembangunan kota Dumai pelantikan eselon tersebut berdasarkan kemampuan, dan saya sedang mengevaluasi kinerja pejabat yang ada saat ini,” sambungnya.
Politisi NasDem ini juga menghimbau agar ASN tidak merasa resah terkait wacanan pelantikan tersebut dan tetap melaksanakan tugas sesuai fungsi yang telah digariskan oleh pemerintah.
“Jangan gaduh dan jangan resah. Yang penting selaku ASN harus sadar kalau mereka adalah pengayom dan pelayan masyarakat serta sebagai abdi negara. Kalau kerjanya bagus pasti tempatnya juga bagus,” tegasnya.
Terkait isu miring yang mengatakan jika kerabat dan tim sukses ikut campur tangan dalam menempatkan nama sejumlah pejabat sampai level eselon II, Walikota Dumai ini mengatakan jika hal tersebut hanya sekedar isu belaka.
“Saya akan bekerja sesuai dengan tupoksi yang ada, dalam menempatkan sejumlah pejabat berdasarkan kinerja dan kemampuan yang mereka miliki,” ujarnya.
Sisi lain masyarakat banyak berharap agar pelantikan tersebut membawa dampak yang positif terhadap kinerja Pemko Dumai dalam memberikan pelayanan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara menyeluruh.
“Kita berharap yang diberikan amanah mampu membantu Walikota dan Wakil Walikota dalam mencapai visi dan misi pembangunan Dumai ke depan menjadi lebih bagus lagi,” pungkas Armidi kepada awak media.(rt/net/ckn)
