Terkait hal ini telah menjadi persoalan yang harus dibenahi agar mimpi masyarakat kota dumai dapat terwujud.
Sejauh itu pula Pemerintah Kota Dumai melalui tim percepatan pemulihan air bersih dikota dumai melakukan rapat bersama di aula kantor dinas pekerjaan umum jalan soebrantas pada selasa 27 Desember 2016.
Syamsudin Plt.Kadis Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Kota Dumai Kepada Celahkotanews.com menjelaskan terkait Pembahasan tim percepatan Air besih yang bermuara pada PDAM Tirta Dumai bersemai yang saat ini mereka nilai PDAM Tersebut Sedang Sakit.
“Pembahasan tentang PDAM Tirta Dumai Bersemai,Saat ini PADAM Sakit,Bagai mana dia (PDAM) harus sehat,ya harus di obati,”ujar syamsudin.
Selain itu juga Syamsudin mengatakan Saat Ini PDAM masih Bertatih-tatih”Saat ini PDAM masih tertatih -tatih sehingga belum sampai ketujuan dan belum mencapai target.”Kata Syamsudin.
Sebagaimana yang kita jetahui Air bersih adalah salah satu jenis sumberdaya berbasis air yang bermutu baik dan biasa dimanfaatkan oleh manusia untuk dikonsumsi atau dalam melakukan aktivitas mereka sehari-hari.(ckn)
