Masuk Pemberlakuan New Normal,Wako Dumai Pastikan PSBB tak Diperpanjang

celahkotaNEWS.com || DUMAI – Suka tidak suka, mau tidak mau, setiap orang kini dipaksa harus mau melakukan suatu hal yang sebelumnya dianggap tidak biasa atau abnormal menjadi sesuatu yang normal, umum, atau biasa saja di tengah pandemi Covid-19, yang disebut dengan New Normal.

Apalagi, hingga kini tidak ada seorang pun yang mampu menjawab dengan pasti kapan pandemi Covid-19 akan berakhir.

Sementara itu Penerapan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) Kota Dumai bersama Kabupaten Bengkalis, Kabupaten Siak, Kabupaten Pelalawan dan Kabupaten Kampar yang berlaku sejak tanggal 15 Mei 2020 akan berakhir Jumat, 29 Mei 2020. Walikota Dumai H Zulkifli As memastikan PSBB tersebut hanya satu kali dan tidak diperpanjang.

“Alhamdulillah ya. Ada perkembangan baru dari rapat evaluasi pelaksanaan PSBB dengan gubernur tadi. Hasil evalusai selama penerapan PSBB kita melihat cukup satu putaran saja. Tidak diperpanjang,” kata Walikota Dumai H Zulkifli As saat ditemui Dumai Pos usai video conference dengan Gubernur Riau di Posko Gugus Tugas Penanganan Covid-19 Kota Dumai, Kamis (28/05/2020).

Meski Kota Dumai baru melaksanakan PSBB selama 11 hari, terhitung sejak tanggal 18 Mei dari jadwal seharusnya tanggal 15 Mei hingga 29 Mei 2010, tetap akan berakhir sesuai jadwal. Tidak ada pengunduran waktu berakhir pelaksanaan untuk mencukupkan waktu 14 hari.

Zul As menyebut ada 2 dari 4 indikator yang tidak lagi memenuhi syarat untuk dilanjutkan PSBB ke periode berikutnya. Pertaka sudah tidak ada lagi transmisi lokal pada kasus positif. Kedua kasus positif yang terus menurun.

“Saat ini tinggal 1 kasus positif yang masih dirawat dan diisolasi dari total akumulasi 19 orang positif. Untuk PDP, dari total 74 orang, sampai kemaren bersisa 4 orang yang dirawat. Alhamdulillah hari ini 1 orang dinyatakan negatif dan dibolehkan pulang,” terang Zul As.

Setelah PSBB tidak diperpanjang, lanjut Zul As, Kota Dumai masuk tahap new normal. Ada 6 daerah yang diusulkan disamping daerah dalam kategori hijau. Yakni Kota Dumai, Kota Pekanbaru, Kabupaten Bengkalis, Kabupaten Siak, Kabupaten Pelalawan dan Kabupaten Kampar. Daerah Zona Hijau yaitu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.

“Untuk new normal ini kita akan mempersiapkannya. Kami minta waktu beberapa hari persiapan dan sosialisasi.
Jelang new normal kembali ke status siaga atau darurat bencana nantinya,” kata Zul As

Zul As menjelaskan bahwa new normal adalah perubahan perilaku untuk tetap menjalankan aktivitas normal sebagaimana aktifitas sebelum pandemi Covid 19. Namun kali ini dengan ditambah menerapkan protokol kesehatan guna mencegah terjadinya penularan Covid-19.

“Tetap beraktifitas dengan pembatasan jumlah kerumunan, batasan jarak, keharusan memakai masker di manapun dan bisa dilakukan skrining suhu di tempat umum. Baik itu di tempat ibadah, kegiatan perekonomian maupun sekolah. Kita atur pelonggarannya secara bertahap,” lanjut Zul As.

Menyinggung kekhawatiran akan bertambahnya kasus pasien positif jika PSBB tidak dilanjutkan, Zul As mengatakan tidak khawatir. Ia menilai masyarakat secara umum Kota Dumai sudah memahami dan berhasil memutus mata rantai Covid 19.

“Nantinya kita lebih fokus ke orang dari luar masuk ke Kota Dumai. Mereka yang masuk ke Kota Dumai harus melampirkan hasil rapid test yang menyatakan negatif dari institusi kesehatan yang berwenang di daerah asal. Harus diserahkan di Check point di pintu masuk Kota Dumai,” terang-Nya.

Yang jadi perhatian Gugus Tugas Covid 19 saat ini adalah dampak interaksi warga Kota Dumai saat Idul Fitri lalu. “Kita lihat hingga 7 hari setelah lebaran. Jika tak ada kasus baru dari klaster baru tentu kita sangat bersyukur dan memuluskan langkah new normal,” pungkas mantan Camat Dumai Barat ini.

Ketua DPRD Kota Dumai Agus Purwanto sangat bersyukur dengan tidak diperpanjangnya PSBB di Kota Dumai. “Alhamdulillah dengan sekali putaran PSBB sudah ada hasil yang sangat baik. Selanjutnya nanti Pemko dan instansi terkait segera berkoordinasi untuk pra new normal,” kata Agus.

Agus meminta Gugus Tugas untuk mencontoh daerah-daerah yang masih zona hijau Covid 19. Juga daerah-daerah yang memutus mata rantai dengan cepat.

“Yang jelas, jelang new normal itu perlu sosialisasi yang cukup. Yang pada intinya protokol kesehatan itu mau tidak mau atau suka tidak suka harus kita lakukan,” kata Agus.

Tahap awal, katanya, bagaimana menghidupkan sektor perekonomian sebagaimana dikeluhkan masyarakat saat ini. Sementara upaya memutus mata rantai penularan Covid 19 harus jadi skala prioritas.

Selain itu juga pemerintah telah mempersiapkan tatanan new normal yang sudah dipersiapkan Kementerian Kesehatan dan akan disosialisasikan secara masif kepada masyarakat agar menimbulkan kesadaran pentingnya menjalankan protokol tersebut.(ckn
