Celelahkotanews.com || Pekanbaru – Polsek) Rumbai Pesisir mengamankan seorang remaja berinisial DS (17) Sabtu (23/4/2016) siang. DS diamankan karena terbukti membawa lari pacarnya yang ternyata masih berusia 14 tahun.
Tersangka DS, diamankan di salah satu rumah di Perum Jondul, Jalan Kuantan Raya, Kecamatan Limapuluh, sekitar pukul 11.00 WIB. Saat itu, pacarnya (Mawar) juga berada di rumah tersebut.
“Setelah diamankan, tersangka langsung dibawa ke Mapolsek Rumbai Pesisir untuk menjalani pemeriksaan dan penyidikan lebih lanjut, bersamad engan kekasihnya Bunga,” ujar Kepala Polsek Rumbai Pesisir, Kompol Irmadison, melalui Kepala Unit (Kanit) Reserse Kriminal (Reskrim) Polsek Rumbai Pesisir, AKP Sihol Sitinjak, Selasa (26/4/2016).
Menurut Sihol, saat menjalani pemeriksaan, tersangka DS mengaku jika selama tinggal bersama, dirinya sudah dua kali menyetubuhi Bunga. Tidak hanya di kos-kosan itu, di lokasi lainnya di wilayah Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir, Bunga juga kerap diminta DS untuk melayani hasratnya.
“Saat kita periksa, DS mengaku sudah enam kali mencabuli Bunga. Ia mengatakan, dua kali saat di kos-kosan Jondul dan empat kali di sekitaran wilayah Rumbai Pesisir,” kata Sihol.
Sebelum dibawa menginap di kos-kosan itu, DS menjemput Bunga di Jalan Khayangan, Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir, pada hari Jumat (22/4/2016) sekitar pukul 23.30 WIB, kemudian dibawa ke kos-kosan Jondul dengan maksud untuk melayaninya.
Terkait dengan terungkapnya kasus melarikan anak dibawah umur tersebut, Kanit menambahkan, pihaknya masih akan melakukan penyidikan mendalam terhadap tersangka yang sudah mendekam disel tahanan Mapolsek Rumbai Pesisir.
“DS dijerat pasal 332 KUHPidana,” pungkasKanit.
