Soinan menderita sakit kanker payudara stadium III harus rela dengan keadaan karena kehidupan ekonomi soinah tergolong sangat sederhana warga batang duku ini kini terpaksa harus berada dipenampungan ripdem jalan ponogoro,Pekanbaru.
Kinj kondisi soinah sangat memprihatikan, dan membutuhkan uluran tangan serta kebijkan dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis serta Pemerintah Provinsi Riau.
Hidup dibawah garis kemiskinan membuat soinah hars menahan sakit di payudaranya serta menahan kepiluaan meratapi nasib,namuh sampai sejauh ini soinah masih mengharapkan perhatian dari Pemerintah Kabupaten bengkalis.
Riswan, Ketua DPW jurnalis online indonesia (JOIN) Provinsi Riau saat dikonfirmasi awak media membenarkan keadaan soinah mengalami penyakit kanker payudara stadium III sangat memprihatikan.
“Soinah sampai saat ini masih terlantar di ripdem jalan ponogoro yang belum ada satu pihak pun yang peduli,” Ujarnya
Sementara itu menurut keterangan Teva Idris Lembaga Peduli Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak Provinsi Riau kepada awak media mengatakan bahwa pihak RSUD Arifin Ahmad Pekenbaru sampai saat uni belum ada tindakan dan penanganan khusus dari pihak rsud arifin ahmad.
“Kami minta kepada Pemerintah pusat untuk turun ke rsud arifin ahmad untuk memberikan sanksi karena menelantarkan masyarakat umum yang seharusnya orang miskin yang perhatikan untuk perobatan,”Jelas teva Idris
Mengacu pada bunyi pasal UUD 1945 tersebut, seharusnya tidak ada lagi rakyat di atas bumi pertiwi ini yang masih dalam taraf kehidupan tidak layak, atau berada di garis kemiskinan. Dan, kalaupun masih ada, maka menjadi kewajiban negara melalui pemerintah untuk memelihara dan membuatnya menjadi sejahtera.
Seperti yang tertera dalam pasal 34 ayat 1, 2, dan 3 yaitu :
1.Fakir miskin dan anak terlantar dipelihara oleh Negara.
2.Negara mengembangkan sistem jaminan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat dan memberdayakan masyarakat yang lemah dan tidak mampu sesuai dengan martabat kemanusiaan.
3.Negara bertanggung jawab atas penyediaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan fasilitas pelayanan umum yang layak.(ckn)
