celahkotaNEWS.com – Jakarta – Pengumuman dan pendaftaran rekrutmen calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) 2021 belum bisa dibuka hari ini, Senin (31/5), lantaran masih menunggu pematangan persiapan.
“Masih dipersiapkan ya. Mudah-mudahan dalam waktu dekat akan segera disampaikan [jadwal pendaftaran CPNS-nya],” kata Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Biro Hukum, Komunikasi, dan Informasi Publik (HUKIP) Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Mohammad Averrouce, Senin (31/5).
Walaupun demikian, dia tidak menyebut hal-hal apa saja yang masih dipersiapkan oleh Kemenpan RB dan Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) untuk pembukaan rekrutmen CPNS tahun ini.
Ia juga belum dapat memastikan tanggal terbitnya pengumuman rekrutmen CPNS dan jadwal dibukanya pendaftaran seleksi pegawai negeri sipil.
Kepala BKN Bima Haria Wibisana, pada Jumat (28/5), mengumumkan bahwa jadwal pelaksanaan seleksi CPNS masih belum ditetapkan dan akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut.
Alasannya, ada beberapa peraturan pengadaan CPNS, Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) non-Guru, dan PPPK Guru Tahun 2021 yang belum ditetapkan oleh pemerintah.
Tidak hanya itu, BKN juga masih menunggu usulan revisi penetapan kebutuhan (formasi) oleh beberapa instansi, sehingga jadwal pelaksanaan rekrutmen CPNS batal berlangsung pada akhir bulan ini.
Kepala BKN dalam surat yang sama meminta pejabat pembina kepegawaian (PPK) menyiapkan rencana kegiatan dan anggaran pelaksanaan seleksi kompetensi dasar CPNS dan seleksi kompetensi PPPK non-Guru sesuai dengan penetapan formasi yang tersedia.
Sementara itu, biaya seleksi kompetensi PPPK Guru Tahun 2021 akan dibebankan kepada Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi RI, demikian pengumuman dari BKN.
Dalam surat itu, Bima Haria juga mewajibkan tiap instansi pusat dan daerah, yang membuka rekrutmen, membentuk Tim Panitia Seleksi Pengadaan Instansi, Petugas Verifikasi, Petunjuk Teknis Verifikasi, dan Petugas Helpdesk Instansi.
Poin lainnya yaitu tiap instansi yang akan menggunakan gedung BKN Pusat, kantor regional BKN, dan unit penyelenggara teknis BKN sebagai lokasi ujian wajib mengajukan usulan paling lambat sampai 4 Juni 2021.
“(Surat itu) ditujukan kepada kepala BKN melalui kepala pusat pengembangan sistem seleksi untuk instansi pusat dan kepala kantor regional BKN setempat untuk instansi daerah,” demikian salah satu poin isi surat tersebut.(ckn)
