CELAHKOTANEWS.COM | PEKANBARU – Tim Operasional Kepolisian Sektor (Polsek) Senapelan menangkap seorang pedagang ikan di Pasar Kodim, Pekanbaru, Amri alias Bung Karno (45). Pelaku mencuri sepeda motor milik istri sirinya, Osnimar (40).
Kepala Polsek Senapelan, Kompol Ari Kartika Bhakti, melalui Kanit Reskrim, Iptu Syahrizal, mengatakan, penangkapan berawal dari informasi korban ke polisi. Korban mengaku, kehilangan sepeda motor yang diparkir di halaman Masjid Istiqamah, Jalan Alamudin Syah, Senin (6/7/2015) lalu.
Kepada petugas, korban mengatakan, sebelum kejadian sepeda motor Honda Beat BM 4399 AK diparkir dengan setang terkunci dan kunci ganda. Selanjutnya, korban masuk ke dalam masjid untuk salat.
“Sekitar pukul 14.30 WIB, korban tidak lagi menemukan sepeda motornya. Korban sempat mencari di TKP (Tempat Kejadian Perkara) tapi tak berhasil hingga melapor ke kepolisian,” ujar Syahrizal, Jumat (10/6/2015).
Setelah melakukan penyelidikan, petugas mengetahui keberadaan pelaku. Tanpa perlawanan, pelaku ditangkap di Jalan Hang Tuah Ujung, Kecamatan Tenayan Raya, Selasa (7/7/2015). “Tersangka dan barang bukti digiring ke Mapolsek,” kata Syahrizal.
Sementara itu, pelaku yang ditemui di Mapolsek Senapelan mengaku motor yang dicuri milik istri sirinya. Tindakan itu dilakukan karena korban sering pergi dan jarang di rumah.
“Saya bukan mencuri sepeda motor tersebut tapi hanya membawa dan menyimpannya agar istri saya tidak pergi lagi. Pasalnya, jika ada sepeda motor, istri saya itu suka selingkuh dan sering pergi dengan pria lain,” alasan pelaku.
Akibat perbuatannya, pelaku harus meringkuk di sel tahanan. Ia dijerat pasal 363 KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal tujuh tahu penjara.
