Celahkotanews.com || Pekanbaru – Proyek tol Pekanbaru-Dumai sepanjang 126 km (78 mil) yang rencananya diresmikan pertengahan Mei 2016 ini terancam ditunda karena hujan.
Saat ditemui awak media di Pustaka Soeman HS Senin (9/5/2016), Masperi selaku Asisten II Setdaprov Bidang Ekonomi mengungkapkan bahwa kemungkinan peresmian yang semula dijadwalkan antara tanggal 17,18,atau 19 Mei bergeser. “Karena faktor hujan dan juga masih menunggu penyesuain jadwal Presiden RI,” sebutnya.
Ia menjelaskan Penanggung Jawab Ground Breaking (Peletakan Batu Pertama) dari Pihak Hutama Karya yakni Willy saat ini juga tengah berada di Jakarta mengadakan koordinasi bersama Kementrian BUMN serta menyesuaikan jadwal presiden dan komunikasi dengan Paspampres.
“Seharusnya Senin ini kita melakukan rapat finalisasi peresmian tol ini. Namun karena masih menunggu konfirmasi dari Jakarta maka rapat akan kita lakukan besok Selasa (10/5/2016),” sebut Masperi.
Rapat finalisasi akan melibatkan banyak pihak. Meliputi pihak Pemko, SKPD, dan unsur Forkompinda juga keamanan presiden harus Ring 1 maka Korem ikut rapat terkait pengamanan.
Peresmian yang awalnya akan dilakukan di titik 0 kilometer dan akan dijajaki mobil kepresidenan sejauh 1,5 km juga terancam batal. Hal ini disebabkan faktor hujan beberapa waktu lalu, maka tanah yang ada masih lembek dan ini tidak dapat dipaksakan.
“Kalau tanah masih lembek maka kita tidak bisa resmikan dari sana. Untuk itu akan digunakan opsi kedua. Peresmian di titik kilometer satu setelah kantor Lurah Muara Fajar,” ujar Masperi.
Tol sepanjang 78 mil ini rencananya akan dirampungkan target ganti rugi lahannya pada 2017 mendatang. Proyek yang menelan anggaran sebesar Rp.14 miliar merupakan pekerjaan multi years.(Hr)
