Celahkotanews.com || Setiap pasangan yang mengikatkan diri dalam pernikahan tentunya mengharapkan kesetiaan dari keduabelah pihak. Namun tak sedikit pasangan yang mendapatkan godaan-godaan hingga berujung perselingkuhan.

Ada beberapa faktor yang yang menyebabkan timbulnya godaan pada saat menjalin ikatan dengan pasangan seperti diungkapkan Allan Loy McGinnis dalam buku The Romance Factor, diantaranya:

1. Rasa cinta terhadap lebih dari satu orang memang dapat terjadi. Dalam keadaan seperti itu mendorong timbulnya godaan.

2. Manusia mempunyai rasa tertarik seperti spesies lain. Daya tarik tersebut diberikan Sang Pencipta untuk meneruskan keturunan. Bisa jadi hal ini penyebab nafsu untuk berhubungan seksual dengan orang lain ada meski sudah memiliki naluri bermonogami.

3. Ketika kehidupan perkawinan sedang tak berjalan mulus lalu hadir lawan jenis yang memberi kasih sayang, berpotensi rentan jatuh terhadap perselingkuhan. Atau ketika kesepian melanda, kemudian hadir sosok hangat juga rentan jatuh terhadap godaan.

4. Dilanda kebosanan dalam kehidupan perkawinan. Hubungan yang telah lama cenderung biasa-biasa saja, romantisme memudar akan sulit bersaing dengan godaan yang baru dan penuh kesenangan baru.
