Pengurus e-KTP di Ukui, Pelalawan Harus Bayar Rp140 Ribu

Warga Ukui mengeluhkan pungutan Rp140 ribu untuk pengurusan e-KTP. Petugas kantor camat beralasan untuk biaya proses di Kantor Bupati Pelalawan.

CELAHKOTANEWS.COM||PANGKALANKERINCI- Penggratisan biaya untuk pengurusan e-KTP yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah ternyata tidak berlaku bagi masyarakat kecamatan Ukui, Pelalawan. Masyarakat dipungut oleh oknum pegawai kantor camat Ukui dengan angka hingga Rp 140 ribu untuk biaya perekaman.

Secara lantang, oknum pegawai ini meminta kepada masyarakat yang melakukan perekaman e-KTP di kantor camat. Menurut oknum ini, biaya tersebut adalah untuk pengurusan di kantor Disdukcapil yang berada di ibukota kabupaten Pelalawan.

“Betul bang, banyak masyarakat mengeluh, mereka dipungut biaya seratusan ribu oleh pegawai kantor camat. Alasanya biaya itu untuk pengurusan di kabupaten,” terang salah seorang tokoh pemuda kecamatan Ukui yang meminta namanya dirahasiakan, Senin (1/10/16).

Meskipun sedikit berat hati, kata dia masyarakat mau tidak mau harus membayar uang yang diminta oleh pegawai kantor camat. “Ya bagaimana lagi, masyarakat awam kan tak tahu, terpaksa menurut saja,” imbuhnya.

Atas persoalan ini, dia meminta kepada anggota DPRD Pelalawan untuk bersikap. Memanggil camatnya dan meminta penjelasan pungutan yang dilakukan oleh oknum pegawai kantor camat Ukui.

“Kita berharap kepada anggota dewan agar memanggil pak camatnya. Mendudukkan adanya pungutan dalam perekaman e-KTP dikantor camat Ukui,” tandasnya.(rt/net)
