Merasa tak senang atas perbuatan KAM, orang tua korban yang megetahui hal tersebut melapor kepihak yang berwajib.

Kabid Humas Polda Riau AKBP Guntur Aryo Tejo Sik kepada merdeka.com sebagaimana dikutip celahkotanews, jum’at 23 /1/2015 membenarkan adanya laporan pencabulan yang mengakibatkan Hamil tersebut. Saat ini pihaknya sedang menyelidiki kasus tersebut.

”Korban didampingi keluarganya sudah dimintai keterangannya, selanjutnya, terlapor masih diselidiki,” ujar Guntur.

Terbongkarnya hubungan asmara itu, ketika sang paman melihat perubahan sikap dan tubuh keponakannya itu. Korban terlihat kerap murung dan pendiam. Merasa curiga. Sudirman mencoba melakukan  pendekatan agar keponakannya mau bercerita.

Awalnya korban enggan bercerita lantaran takut dimarahi. Tapi setelah didesak, Korban kemudian mengaku dirinya diajak sang kekasih,(KAM) untuk melakukan hubungan badan layaknya pasangan sumai istri.

Kepada sang paman, korban mengaku tak bisa menolak lantaran atas bujuk rayu dan janji manis sang pelaku (KAM) yang siap bertangung jawab jika mau menuruti kemauan seks kekasihnya itu.

Alhasil, korban akhirnya hamil Tujuh (7) bulan dan enggan bercerita kepada siapapun. Meski berkali-kali meminta pertangungjawaban dari sang kekasihnya, namum korban tak mendapat kepastian hingga memilih untuk bungkam.

Mendengar kisah pilu keponakannya. Sudirman sang paman lalu menemui kedua orang tua korban di Desa Pulau Terap Tengah, Kecamatan Bangkinag Barat. Tak ayal, orang tua korban pun mersa sedih bercampur Kecewa.

Selanjutnya, keluarga korban pun berunding untuk menemukan solusi terkait peristiwa yang dialami korban tersebut. Setelah berunding dengan keluarga yang lain, pihak korban akhirnya menempuh jalur hukum untuk menindak perbutan KAM,(Pelaku).

”Kasus ini akan dijerat dengan dugaan tindak pidana persetubuhan terhadap anak di bawah umur sesuai Undang-undang nomor 23 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak.” Jelas Guntur.(One)
