Pemotongan DBH ‘Hambat’ Proyek Jembatan Sukadamai

imageCELAHKOTANEWS.COM, DUMAI – Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (DPU) Kota Dumai, Riau mengusulkan proyek lanjutan pembangunan Jembatan Sukadamai yang menghubungkan dua kelurahan di Kecamatan Dumai Barat sebesar Rp22 miliar.

Kepala Bidang Bina Marga DPU Dumai Nur Istiqlal menyebutkan, usulan kebutuhan anggaran pada 2016 mendatang ini untuk menuntaskan pekerjaan sebelumnya yang telah menelan anggaran Rp21 miliar.

“Usulan anggaran ini untuk merampungkan pembangunan jembatan karena dalam dua tahun terakhir sudah dianggarkan Rp21 miliar dari total kebutuhan Rp43 miliar,” katanya, Jumat (6/11).

Menurutnya, proyek jembatan ini awalnya direncanakan bisa rampung dalam dua tahun anggaran, namun karena keterbatasan keuangan daerah sehingga dilakukan secara bertahap. Kendala keuangan ini disebabkan pada awal 2015 dana bagi hasil daerah dari pemerintah pusat dikurangi sebesar Rp280 miliar, dan DPU mengalami pemotongan hingga mencapai Rp197 miliar.

“Kebutuhan jembatan ini sangat mendesak bagi masyarakat setempat dan akibat kondisi anggaran terbatas akhirnya pembangunan dilaksanakan secara bertahap,” ungkap dia.

Dia menjelaskan, selama dua tahun pekerjaan, DPU selesai memasang tiang pancang senilai Rp13 miliar pada 2014 dan dilanjutkan 2015 dengan pekerjaan tiang penyangga dan pondasi Rp8 miliar.

Usulan anggaran Rp22 miliar pada 2016 direncanakan untuk pembuatan alas bentang dan rangka baja pada jembatan sepanjang 160 meter dan lebar 10 meter ini.

“Diharapkan 2016 nanti pembangunan jembatan ini bisa rampung agar masyarakat setempat segera menikmati infrastruktur akses transportasi yang memadai,” harapnya.

Sementara, Pelaksana Tugas Kepala Dinas PU Dumai Syamsuddin mengaku belum bisa menargetkan waktu proyek jembatan ini bisa tuntas karena tergantung pada kekuatan anggaran daerah.

“Kita tidak berani pasang target jembatan kapan bisa siap, namun pemerintah tetap komit untuk menyelesaikan proyek ini, karena itu diharapkan masyarakat bisa bersabar,” ungkapnya. (Wdy/Bsc)
