Celahkotanews.com || Meranti – Pelayanan Publik menjadi perhatian serius Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, seiring telah berjalannya Struktur Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang baru, Pemda Meranti langsung melakukan penataan ruang untuk ditempatkan oleh OPD baru, dengan harapan pelayanan publik tidak terganggu dan berjalan optimal.
Dalam rangka penataan ulang ruang yang akan ditempatkan oleh OPD baru, Plt. Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Meranti, Julian Norwis SE MM, didampingi Kabag Umum dan Perlengkapan Mardiansyah,Kabag Humas Nasruni dan sejumlah pejabat terkait lainnya. Melakukan peninjauan ruang di Gedung Disparpora dan Badan Penanaman Modal Kabupaten Meranti.
Peninjauan itu untuk melihat secara langsung ruang-ruang yang belum termanfaatkan yang dinilai cukup representatif dijadikan ruangan OPD baru, yang saat ini masih menggunakan ruangan di Gedung Sekretariat Daerah. Diantaranya ULP, Perbatasan dan Kominfo.
“Kita sedang melakukan inventarisasi ruangan yang akan dimanfaatkan untuk ruangan OPD baru, dimana saat ini terjadinya penambahan bagian di Sekretariat Daerah dari 9 menjadi 11 ruangan, tentunya kita butuh ruangan yang representatif untuk ditempati,” jelas Sekda.
“Saya melihat beberapa ruangan di Sekretariat sudah tidak representatif, untuk ruang Kabag pun sepertinya tak layak, oleh karena itu kita ingin setiap bagian memiliki ruangan yang representatif sehingga memberikan efek positif terhadap peningkatan pelayanan publik,” ucap Sekda Julian Norwis.
Dari peninjauan tersebut Plt. Sekda mendapati beberapa ruang yang berada digedung Dinas Pariwisata dan Badan Penanaman Modal cukup representatif, tinggal lagi pengadaan perabot dan lainnya. Dalam hal itu Sekda telah meminta Bagian Umum dan Perlengkapan untuk melengkapinya. “Semoga dengan difungsikannya ruang-ruang yang belum termanfaatkan ini, penataan ruangan kantor sesuai OPD baru dapat lebih teratur dan representatif dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan optimal kepada masyarakat,” harap Sekda.
Sekedar informasi, dari hasil peninjauan itu, kemungkinan Unit Pelayanan Pengadaan (ULP), Bagian Perbatasan dan Kominfo ,akan pindah dari Gedung Sekretariat Daerah ke Gedung Disparpora,dan Badan Penanaman Modal.(CKN/DP)
