celahkotaNEWS.com || DUMAI – Hari Sumpah Pemuda ke – 91 Tahun 2019 di Kota Dumai diperingati dengan pelaksanaan Upacara Bendera yang mengangkat Tema “Bersatu Kita Maju” di Halaman Kantor Bersama Jalan H.R. Soebrantas Kelurahan Teluk Binjai Kecamatan Dumai Timur, Senin (28/10/2019) pagi.

Bertindak sebagai Pejabat dan Pertugas Upacara yakni Pembina Upacara Kapolres Dumai AKBP Andri Ananta Yudhistira, S.I.K, M.H, Perwira Upacara Kasat Sabhara Polres Dumai AKP Maryanta dan Pemipin Upacara Kanit Laka Sat Lantas Polres Dumai IPDA Rudi Artono Sitinjak, S.H.

Pembaca Teks Pembukaan Undang – Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia 1945 Wakil Ketua Komisi Perencanaan Program DPD KNPI kota Dumai Kurniawan Hasan, Pembaca Do’a H. Isnawari dan Pembaca Teks Putusan Kongres Pemuda Indonesia Tahun 1928 Akhir Muda Harahap, S.H.

Upacara diikuti oleh Walikota Dumai Drs. Zulkifli AS, M.Si, Dandim 0320/Dumai LETKOL (INF) Irdhan, S.E, M.M, Dansat Radar 232 Dumai LETKOL (LEK) Chandra Kelana Wira Bakti, Dan Lanal Dumai diwakili oleh Pasilog Lanal Kota Dumai MAYOR LAUT (E) Sofyan, Dan Den Rudal 004 Kota Dumai MAYOR (ARH) Roma Laksana Yudha, Asisten III Bidang Administrasi Umum Pemerintah Kota Dumai Drs. H. Aldi, M.Si, Perwakilan Kipan A Yonif 132/BS LETDA (INF) Irwan, Perwakilan Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Dumai Roy M., Ketua Veteran Dumai Johari, Ketua KNPI Dumai Agustera dan Tamu Undangan Peserta Upacara Hari Sumpah Pemuda -/+ 500 Orang.

Kapolres Dumai AKBP Andri Ananta Yudhistira, S.I.K, M.H selaku Pembina Upacara dalam pelaksanaannya membacakan Amanat Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga (Menpora) Zainudin Amali, yang menekankan mengenai pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi ibarat dua mata pisau. Sisi positifnya, memberikan jaminan kecepatan informasi sehingga memungkinkan para pemuda untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengetahuan dalam pengembangan sumber daya serta daya saing.

“Namun sisi negatifnya informasi-informasi yang sifatnya destruktif mulai dari Berita Bohong (Hoax), Ujaran Kebencian (Hate Speech), Adu Domba, Isu Sara, Provokasi, Pornografi, Narkoba, pergaulan Bebas hingga Paham Radikalisme, Intoleransi dan Terorisme juga masuk dengan mudahnya apabila tidak disaring dengan ilmu pengetahun serta kedewasaan dalam berbangsa dan bernegara,” kata AKBP Andri Ananta Yudhistira, S.I.K, M.H.

Lebih lanjut, Kapolres Dumai mengajak seluruh Generasi Muda Indonesia untuk dapat bersatu dan menjaga kekompakan untuk melindungi NKRI agar terhindar dari Paham Radikalisme, Intoleransi dan Terorisme.

“Kalau pemuda generasi terdahulu mampu keluar dari jebakan sikap-sikap primordial suku, agama, ras dan kultur, menuju persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa, maka tugas pemuda saat ini adalah harus sanggup membuka pandangan ke luar batas-batas tembok kekinian dunia, demi menyongsong masa depan dunia yang lebih baik,” ujar Kapolres Dumai.

Diakhir sambutannya, tak lupa AKBP Andri Ananta Yudhistira, S.I.K, M.H mengucapkan Selamat Hari Sumpah Pemuda untuk seluruh Generasi Muda Indonesia, utamanya bagi Generasi Muda Indonesia di Kota Dumai. Ia berharap melalui peringatan tersebut, jasa para pahlawan dan pendiri bangsa akan senantiasa dihormati.

“Wahai Pemuda Indonesia, Dunia Menunggumu, Berjuanglah, Lahirkanlah Ide-Ide, Tekad, dan Cita-Cita, Pengorbananmu Tidak Akan Pernah Sia-Sia Dalam Mengubah Dunia. Ayo Bangun Generasi Muda, Satukan Indonesia,” tutupnya.(rls)
