Serangkaian kegiatan yang dilaksakan seperti lomba pidato,lomba Hymne dan mars GOW,yang di ikuti oleh 33 SKPD.Dalam kegiatan ini juga turut hadir Hj,Rosneli arlisman selaku penasehat DWP kota dumai dan sekaligus membuka kegiatan perlombaan.
Sementara itu Ketua DWP Kota Dumai Hj,Syarifah rafida mustafa dalam sambutannya menyapaikan
“Sehubungan dengan dilakukannya kegitan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan pengetahuan bagi seluruh anggota,sejauh ini masih banyak ibu-ibu yang masih belum percaya diri untuk berbicara atau berpidato di depan khalayak ramai,namun demikian kita semua harus berusaha semaksimal mungkin agar kepercayaan diri dan pengetahuan anggota dalam mengenal Atribut DWP salah satunya Hymne dan mars yang wajib untuk diketahui oleh seluruh anggota DWP,”Terang Ketua DWP kota dumai hj.Rafida 3/11/15

Sejauh ini juga ketua DWP kota dumai juga berharap dengan adanya kegiatan seperti ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dan kepercayaan diri bagi ketua unsur pelaksana DWP serta anggota,dalam Sambutannya di gedung seri bunga tanjung jalan puteri tujuh kota dumai.

Dalam rangkaian kegiatan perlombaan yang di ikuti oleh 33 SKPD di lingkungan Pemko Dumai ini keluar sebagai juara pertama dari Distanbunhut,di susul juara kedua BKD,serta juara ketiga dari Disnakanla Kota dumai,disusul pula harapan satu dua dan tidak dari diskes,kecamatn dumai timur dan dinas koperasi.

Dari ke 33 SKPD yang mengikuti perlombaan tersebut keseluruhan peserta mengikuti dengan Sportivitas dan mematuhi ketentuan serta menerima keputusan penilaian dari dewan juri.(ckn)
