Celahkotanews.com || Dumai – Tenaga honorer di kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Dumai dinilai melebih batas. Bahkan tenaga honorer di Dinas tersebut melebihi jumlah PNS yang ada dikantor tersebut. Tercatat sekitar 400 lebih tenaga honorer, berbanding terbalik dengan jumlah PNS yang hanya sekitar 115 orang.
Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kota Dumai, Bambang Soemantri mengatakanpihaknya akan melakukan evaluasi di seluruh bidang yang ada. ”Saya melakukan evaluasi di seluruh bidang dan UPT secara kualifikasi, tidak patuh dan menuruti kontrak kerja yang ada, akan diberi sanksi hingga pemberhentian,” terangnya.
Dirinya tidak menapik memang dengan tenaga honorer yang cukup banyak tersebut secara anggaran sangat membebani APBD, bahkan ia mengatakan untuk membayar gaji honorer yang ada saja hampir menghabiskan anggaran sekitar Rp6 hingga 7 Milyar pertahun. ”Mereka ada yang digaji mulai Rp1,4 juta hingga 1,9 juta perorangnya,” terangnya.13/07/16
Inilah yang akan dilakukan evaluasi, berapa sebenarnya kebutuhan, tenaga honorer yang ada di Dishub. ”Tentunya nanti akan kami evaluasi disetiap bidangnya, misal diterminal barang membutuhkan sekian tapi yang ada sekian,” tuturnya.
Namun ia mengatakan evaluasi itu bukan hanya dari segi anggaran, melainkan juga dari kualitaas dan etos kinerja honoret tersebut. ”Karena memang tidak mudah begitu saja memecat pegawai, walaupun itu honorer tentu harus ada penilaian terumata terkait dengan kenerja,” terangnya.
Ia menyebutkan memang semenjak dirinya menjabat tidak banyak menambah tenaga honorer, bahkan hanya satu tenaga honorer. ”Jadi itu memang format lama, ini yang nanti akan dievaluasi dan dimaksimalkan,” tuturnya.
Sebelumnya, Wawako Dumai, Eko Soeharjo menyebutkan Ada beberapa SKPD yang Jumlah tenaga honorernya cukup banyak seperti Dinas perhubungan.
“Dengan jumlah tenagga honorer yang melebihi kapsitas tersebut apakah dapat menghasilkan kerja yang efektif dan maksimal..tanya eko suharjo..? Atau para tenaga honorer ini hanya titipan saja.hal inilah yang menjadi salah satu evaluasi dalam waktu dekat,” tutupnya.(C2)
