11 Dokter Rumah sakit Pertamina RU II Merasa Dirugikan
Dumai,Celahkotanews.com | sehubungan dengan ada permasalahan perpanjangan kontrak kerja yang dilakukan oleh pihak pertamina hospital Dumai (PHD) Terhadap dokter umum dan dokter gigi dirumah sakit tersebut dikarenakan tidak bersedia untuk menandatangani perpanjangan kontrak yang merugikan dokter umum dan dokter gigi,maka 11 dokter ini melaporkan permasalahan tersebut antara pertamina hospital dumai dengan dokter umum dan dokter gigi.
Sejauh ini terhitung mulai dari tanggal 1 mei 2015 sampai dengan 17 Juni 2015 dokter umum dan digital berkerja tanpa ada ikatan kontrak.
Dengan merasa dirugikan ke 11 dokter ini melapor Ke pemerintah daerah melalui dinas tenagga kerja yang juga di tembukas ke walikota dumai,ketua DPRD Kota Dumai, GM Pertamina RU II Dumai,serta HR.RU II Dumai
Sampai berita ini di turunkan ke 11 dokter tersebut masih menunggu kepastian serta kebijakan yang di ambil pemerintah,DPRD serta manajemen Pertamina RU II Dumai.(ckn)
