Tinta Habis 1000 Keping e-KTP Terbengkalai

Celahkotanews.com || Dumai – Kebutuhan masyarakat kota dumai dalam mengurus kartu identitas seprti KTP terus saja meningkat.

Namun masyarakat dumai yang telah memasukan berkas sebagai persyaratan pembutan e-KTP harus bersabar dikarenakan tinta ribon di instansi terkait habis.

Sebanyak 1000 Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik (e-KTP) tidak dapat dicetak oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Dumai akibat tinta untuk mencetak e-KTP habis hal ini tentunya pula menjadi satu kendala.

Kepala Disdukcapil Kota Dumai, Suardi, S.Sy mengatakan pihaknya sudah mengajukan permintaan penambahan tinta ke Pemprov Riau. “Mungkin dalam waktu dekat sudah ada dan pencetakan sudah dapat dilakukan kembali,” ujar Suardi Kamis (14/7/2016) di ruang kerjanya

Dia menambahkan, meski kehabisan tinta, Disdukcapil tetap melayani warga yang ingin mendapatkan dokumen kependudukan. Dan menurut Suardi hingga kini ada sekitar 1000 e-KTP yang belum tercetak akibat kehabisan tinta.

“Meski kehabisan tinta, kami tetap melayani warga yang ingin mendapatk dokumen kependudukan. Saat ini ada sekitar 1000 e-KTP yang belum dicetak akibat kehabisan tinta,” jelasnya.

Lanjutnya, bagi warga yang sudah melakukan perekaman data akan diberi surat  keterangan sementara dalam pengurusan. Surat keterangan dapat menjadi pengganti e-KTP sementara hingga pencetakan dilakukan.

Selain habisnya stok tinta, sebelumnya Disdukcapil kehabisan blanko, sehingga harus mengajukan ke Ditjen Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kementrian Dalam Negeri.

“Untuk blanko saat ini sudah ready setelah sebelumnya sempat kehabisan. Jadi kalau tintanya sudah tersedia e-KTP dapat langsung kami cetak,” sebutnya.

Terakhir Suardi berharap, kepada masyarakat Kota Dumai yang sudah melakukan perekaman data agar bersabar menunggu ketersediaan tinta. “Kami minta agar masyarakat bersabar. Begitu tintanya sudah tersedia kami akan melakukan pencetakan,” pungkasnya.(Hr/Net)
