CELAHKOTANEWS.COM||DUMAI – Pembangunan Jembatan Sukadamai yang berada antara Kelurahan Bangan Keladi, Kecamatan Dumai Barat dan Kelurahan Bangsal Aceh, Kecamatan Sungai Sembilan, hingga kini masih dalam tahap peengerjaan,kendati Pemerintah Kota Dumai sudah menghabiskan dana mencapai puluhan milyar rupiah.
Informasi yang berhasil dirangkum penganggaran pembangunan jembatan dengan panjang 160 meter dan lebar 11 meter itu dilakukan secara bertahap. Tahap pertama, pemerintah menggarkan pada tahun 2014 sebesar Rp16 miliar dan tahun 2015 sebanyak Rp15 miliar.
Dengan nominal anggaran yang cukup fantastis itu, wujud dari pembangunan jembatan Sukadamai hingga kini sudah berjalan sekitar 60 persen.Sejauh itu juga Pada tahun 2016 pemerintah kota Dumai kemabali mengangarkan untuk Pembanguan tahap Ketiga Sebasar Rp 13,7 milyar dengan rancnagan tahap ketiga tersebut untuk pemasangan rangka baja dua bentang panjang 50 sama 60 meter.
Sejauh itu juga untuk untuk mewujudkan mimpi panjang masyrakat bagan keladi dan bangsal acheh serta masyrakat kota dumai,walikota dumai beserta rombongan melakukan peninjauan kelokasi pembanguan jembatan sukadamai tersebut pada jumaat pagi 14 /10.
Tururut hadir pada peninjaun Pembanguan jembatan tersebut Plt,Kadis PU,Kabag Humas,Camat Dumai Barat,Lurah Bagan Keladi,Lurah Bangsal Aceh serta Ketua DPD Partai Gerindra Iskandar hasan.
Pada kesempatan itu walikota dumai mengatakan,pembanguan jembatan sukadami yang memakan anggran sebesar Rp 13,7 milyar tersebut pada tahun anggran 2016 ini dalam tahap pengerjaan,
“ Pengerjaan jembatan Sukadamai sudah menjacapai 60 Persen diperkirakan pada bulan desember jembtan ini akan segera selesai dan dapat di pungsikan,”Ujar walikota Dumai
Sementara itu mengingat penantian panjang hampir 34 tahun masyarakat dua kelureahan tersebut walikota dumai zulkifli as Optimis jembtan tersebut dapat dilalui pada tahun 2016 ini.
“Bukan hanya masyrakat dua kelurahan ini saja,kita berharap jembtan ini nanti juga akan tembus kejalan parit kitang sehingga jembatan tersebut menjadi salah satu jembatan alternative bagi masyrakat Kecamatan Sungai Sembilan,karena semakain hari kecmatan sungai Sembilan itu semakin padat,”jelas Walikota Dumai
Selain itu juga pemerintah kota dumai dengan telah banyak mengeluarkan anggran untuk pembanguan jembatan tersebut walikota berharap agar jembatan tersebut dapat mejadi salah satu urat nadi masyarakat.
“Meskipun anggran yang di keluarkan besar namun Pemrintahkan tidak melihat itu,karena ini adalah kebutuhan masyarakat dan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat,sehingga apapun yang kita ( Pemko Dumai) buat ini pasti berdapak besar terhadapa masyarakat,terutama perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat sehingga masyrakat disini mendapat kesempatan yang sama.”ujar Zulkifli as.
Sejuah itu juga sesuai dengan target pada akhir tahun 2016 jembatan sukadamai tersebut sudah dapat dilalaui, jembatan yang mengarah dari Kelurahan Bangan Keladi menuju Kelurahan Bangsal achen dengan panjang lebih kurang 300 meter.
Sebagaimana yang kita ketahui beberapa kurun waktu yang lalu pernah di utarakan masyarakat sekitar bahwa, pada tahun 1982 masyarakat mengunakan jembatan nibung sebagai penghubung,dan seiring denagan berjalan waktu jembatan tersebut di ganti dengan bahan kayu,namun bergulir dari tahun ketahunhingga di masa pemimpin walikota dumai pertama direncanakan pembangunan jembatan beton namun pembangunan tersebut tidak juga berjalan mulus hanya tonggak pancang sebagai pelipur lara masyarakat sekitar.
Namun pemerintah kita dumai di awal tahun 2014 kembali lagi merumuskan pembangunan jembatan sukadamai namun, Pembangunan jembatan tersebut beranjak lebih kurang 200 meter kearah atas namun hingga kini jembatan tersebut masih dalam tahap Pengerjaan.
34 tahun lamanya masyarakat sekitar mendambakan jembtan mereka dapat dibuat permanen,namun mimpi pajang tersebut akan segera terwujud di akhir desmber 2016,jembatan sukadamai sudah Dapat dilalui.(ckn/infotorial)
