CELAHKOTANEWS.COM||JAKARTA-Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (MenPAN-RB) Asman Abnur mengatakan, mulai tahun depan sistem pertanggungjawaban dalam penggunaan keuangan negara, yang sering dikenal dengan SPPD atau SPJ akan menggunakan teknologi informasi (TI).

Pasalnya, selama ini banyak Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang sibuk mengurus SPJ sehingga waktu untuk melayani masyarakat terabaikan. “Tahun depan sistem SPJ akan pakai sistem TI sehingga ASN tidak menghabiskan waktu dengan urusan SPJ,” ujar Asman, Rabu (16/11).

Dia mengaku, banyak kepala sekolah mengeluhkan soal pengurusan SPJ yang memerlukan waktu lama. Mereka mengatakan, banyak waktu yang dihabiskan untuk membuat laporan atau SPJ. “Mereka sering pulang malam bukan karena bekerja untuk pengembangan mutu pendidikan, tapi untuk menyelesaikan SPJ,” tuturnya.

Menurutnya, cara pengisi dengan menggunakan format yang sama menyesuaikan melalui sistem internet. Sesuai dengan arahan presiden, diharapkan seluruh kementerian dan lembaga harus konsentrasi pada hasil bukan pada proses. “Jangan sampai karena sibuk membuat SPJ, tugas pokok sebagai pelayan masyarakat terlupakan,” tegasnya.(rp/ckn)
