CelahkotaNEWS.com || Dumai – Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker) Kota Dumai mengingatkan perusahaan yang akan membuka lowongan pekerjaan diwajibkan melapor terlebih dulu ke Disnaker.
Pasalnya,sejauh ini masih banyak perusahaan besar yang belum mematuhi Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) Nomor 4 tahun 1980 tentang Wajib Lapor Lowongan Pekerjaan.
Sesuai isi Keppres No.4 tahun 1980,setiap perusahaan yang ingin merekrut tenaga kerja diwajibkan melaporkan ke Disnaker tempat perusahaan itu beroperasi.Namun, masih banyak perusahaan yang belum mematuhi aturan Keppres tersebut, sebut PLT Disnaker Suwandi.
“Hal ini sangat penting agar bisa didata.Dengan tujuannya untuk mengetahui jumlah tenaga kerja (naker) dan lowongan yang tersedia disetiap perusahaan,tingkat pengangguran yang terjadi di Kota Dumai dsebabkan banyak faktor,di antaranya kualifikasi komnpetensi pencari kerja umumnya masih belum sesuai dengan persyaratan kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh pasar kerja,”Ujarnya
Selain itu,kualitas tenaga kerja yang masih rendah dan yang lebih penting lagi adalah informasi pasar kerja atau lowongan kerja yang masih terbatas menjadi penyebab masih tinggi angka pengangguran.
Dikatakannya, ketidakseimbangan antara ketersediaan dan kebutuhan tenaga kerja tersebut akan menjadi efek negatif bagi pencari kerja di daerah yakni kesenjangan sosial yang tinggi, sehingga penerapan Keppres tersebut harus dilaksanakan oleh pengusaha atau perusahaan.
“Yang mana setiap pengusaha atau pengurus wajib segera melaporkan secara tertulis setiap ada atau akan ada lowongan pekerjaan,”Terangnya
Dengan adanya informasi itu memberi peluang bagi pencari kerja untuk mendaftarkan diri bersaing dan menekan angka pengangguran .Apalagi RTRW Dumai sudah jelas sehingga kedepannya berpotensi akan banyak investor atau perusahaan baru yang masuk kedumai .(pie)
