Celahkotanews.com || Dumai -Pangkalan TNI AL (Lanal) Dumai mengadakan apel gelar pasukan dalam rangka latihan terpadu Visit Board Search and Seizure (VBSS) dan Search and Rescue (SAR) di Mako Lanal Dumai, Riau. Rabu (21/9/2016).
Hadir pada gelar pasukan ini KAKANSAR Pekanbaru, Kapolres , Dandim, Dansatradar, KaKKP, Kasatpolair Dumai dan Staf Ahli Bidang Pemerintahan Pemko Dumai.
Peserta latihan terdiri dari personel Lanal Dumai, Basarnas, Dinas Karanina, Dumai, Polairud Dumai, RSUD, KSOP dan Dinas Navigasi.
Dalam amanat Walikota Dumai H. Zulkifli A. S yang dibacakan oleh Komandan Pangkalan TNI AL (Danlanal) Dumai Letkol Laut (P) Muhammad Risahdi M. Si (Han) selaku Inspektur Upacara dikatakan Dumai merupakan kota pelabuhan yg memiliki kepentingan mutualisme dengan dunia global yg merupakan lintasan pelayaran yg memungkinkan terjadinya kerawanan kejahatan di laut atau kecelakaan laut.
Selain itu Dumai merupakan daerah yang terletak di Pesisir Timur Sumatera berada dijalur Selat Malaka sehingga merasakan dampak langsung dinamika di Selat Malaka. Sehingga dengan hal tersebut sebagai aparat kemaritiman yang menjaga kedaulatan laut harus sigap dan tanggap dalam mengantisipasi kejahatan serta kecelakaan dilaut.
Maka untuk mendapatkan sikap tanggap dan sigap perlu latihan dan latihan, dan sangat bagus apa yg dicanangkan Danlanal Dumai untuk mengadakan latihan terpadu seperti ini, amanat Walikota.
Kegiatan dimulai tanggal 19-22 September 2016 ini terdiri dari latihan teori (tactical meeting), Taktical Floor Game (TFG), Gelar Pasukan di Mako Lanal Dumai dan terakhir rencana pelaksanaan lapangan di Perairan Dumai.(Ckn)
