celahkotaNEWS.com || DUMAI – Kepolisian Resor (Polres) Dumai kembali berhasil mengungkap Peredaran Narkotika Bukan Tanaman Jenis Shabu dari Negara lain yang diselundupkan melalui Pelabuhan Tikus didaerah Kecamatan Medang Kampai, Jum’at (25/09).
Peredaran Narkotika Bukan Tanaman Jenis Shabu dengan berat kotor mencapai ±14 Kilogram tersebut dikendalikan oleh Narapidana Lapas Kelas II A Kota Pekanbaru.
Bersama +/- 14 Kilogram Narkotika Jenis Shabu, Tim Opsnal Sat Res Narkoba Polres Dumai dengan dipimpin oleh Wakapolres Dumai Kompol Alex Sandy Siregar, S.I.K, M.H dan Kasat Res Narkoba Polres Dumai AKP Ryan Fajri, S.I.K berhasil mengamankan 2 (dua) Tersangka yakni RW Alias EK (22) dan FH Alias IC (22) yang berperan sebagai Kurir di Jalan Raya Arifin Ahmad Kelurahan Tanjung Palas Kecamatan Dumai Timur.
“Pengungkapan bermula pada hari Rabu tanggal 23 September 2020 sekira pukul 22.00 WIB, Tim Opsnal Sat Res Narkoba Polres Dumai mendapatkan informasi dari masyarakat terkait adanya dugaan penyelundupan narkotika dari Negara Malaysia melalui pelabuhan tikus didaerah Kecamatan Medang Kampai. Menindaklanjuti hal tersebut, Wakapolres Dumai dan Kasat Res Narkoba Polres Dumai bersama Tim Opsnal Sat Res Narkoba Polres Dumai melakukan penyelindikan disepanjang Pantai Kecamatan Medang Kampai Kota Dumai,” ujar Kapolres Dumai AKBP Andri Ananta Yudhistira, S.I.K, M.H pada pelaksanaan Press Conference, Senin (28/09) di Media Center Polres Dumai.
Kemudian pada hari Jumat tanggal 25 September 2020 sekira pukul 07.00 WIB, lanjut Kapolres Dumai, Tim Opsnal Sat Res Narkoba Polres Dumai melihat kedua tersangka sedang mengedarai sepeda motor dengan membawa tas besar dengan posisi tas didepan pengendara. Kemudian dilakukan pengejaran langsung oleh Tim Opsnal Sat Res Narkoba Polres Dumai, sehingga menyebabkan kedua tersangka jatuh dari sepeda motor.
“Selanjutnya tersangka FH Alias IC (22) dapat ditangkap sedangkan tersangka RW Alias EK (22) berusaha melarikan diri dengan melawan petugas sehingga Tim Opsnal Sat Res Narkoba Polres Dumai melakukan tindakan terukur. Saat dilakukan penggeledahan, didapati tas tersebut berisikan 14 (Empat Belas) Paket Besar berisikan Narkotika Bukan Tanaman Jenis Shabu yang dikemas menggunakan Bungkusan Plastik Teh Cina berwarna Hijau merk Guan Yinming,” papar Kapolres Dumai.
Dilanjutkan Kapolres Dumai, Narkotika Bukan Tanaman Jenis Shabu tersebut dijemput oleh kedua tersangka bermula saat Jumat 25 September 2020 sekira pukul 01.00 WIB, tersangka RW Alias EK (22) mendapatkan telepon dari AP seorang Narapidana di Lapas Kelas II A Kota Pekanbaru untuk menjemput Paket Narkotika dan mendapatkan kiriman uang sejumlah Rp. 500.000,- (Lima Ratus Ribu Rupiah) sebagai uang minyak penjemputan barang. Kemudian Tersangka RW Alias EK (22) mengajak Tersangka FH Alias IC (22) melakukan penjemputan tersebut dengan menggunakan kendaraan milik Tersangka FH Alias IC (22).
Kini, Polres Dumai tengah berkoordinasi lebih lanjut terhadap Lapas Kelas II A Kota Pekanbaru. Sementara kedua tersangka bersama sejumlah Barang Bukti (BB) yakni 14 (Empat Belas) Paket Besar berisikan Narkotika Bukan Tanaman Jenis Shabu dengan berat kotor ±14 Kilogram yang dikemas menggunakan Bungkusan Plastik Teh Cina berwarna Hijau merk Guan Yinming, 1 (satu) buah Tas Besar warna Hitam Merah merk Sport, 1 (satu) unit Sepeda Motor merk Honda Vario BM 4318 HD warna Hitam, 1 (satu) unit Handphone merk Samsung warna Hitam dan 1 (satu) unit Handphone merk Iphone warna Silver telah diamankan untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut.
“Guna mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya, kedua tersangka akan dijerat dengan Pasal 114 Ayat (2) Jo Pasal 112 Ayat (2) Jo Pasal 132 Ayat (1) UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman Pidana Mati atau Penjara Seumur Hidup atau Pidana Penjara Paling Singkat 6 (Enam) Tahun dan Paling Lama 20 (Dua Puluh) Tahun,” pungkas Kapolres Dumai AKBP Andri Ananta Yudhistira, S.I.K, M.H.(rls)
