celahkotaNEWS.com || JAKARTA – Kongres Pemilihan Ketua Umum, Wakil Ketua Umum, dan anggota Komite Eksekutif (Exco) PSSI periode 2019-2023 dipastikan akan digelar di Jakarta pada 2 November mendatang.
Hal itu diungkapkan Tommy Apriantono, Ketua Asosiasi Provinsi (Asprov) Jawa Barat kepada CNNIndonesia.com, Selasa (22/10). Menurut Tommy, lokasi tersebut sudah tertera dalam surat undangan resmi yang dikirimkan PSSI kepada para voters.
“Menurut undangannya tetap tanggal 2 November di Hotel Shangri-La Jakarta. Biasanya kalau sudah ada di surat resmi tidak bisa berubah lagi lokasinya ya. Karena kan ada aturannya juga di statuta, undangan yang berisi tanggal dan lokasi itu harus dikirim 30 hari sebelumnya,” kata Tommy melalui sambungan telepon.
Dilansir situs resmi PSSI, rencananya delegasi FIFA dan AFC akan hadir pada Kongres tersebut. Dua delegasi FIFA yang akan hadir, yakni Head of Member Association Governance Service, Luca Nicola dan Development Manager Southeast and East Asia, Lavin Vignesh.
Berdasarkan surat Sekretaris Jenderal AFC Dato Windsor John, ada tiga delegasi AFC yang akan hadir pada KLB PSSI. Ketiga delegasi tersebut, yakni Head of South Asia Unit AFC Member Association and Regional Associations Departemen, Purushottam Kattel, Manager of Asean Unit AFC Member Association and Regional Associations Departement, Nhodkeo Phawadee dan Secretary of AFC Member Association and Regional Associations Departement, Varankumar Sagaran.
Sesuai dengan surat elektronik yang diterima PSSI tertanggal 17 Oktober 2019, kehadiran perwakilan FIFA dan AFC itu disebut untuk memantau dan mengawasi langsung jalannya Kongres. Kehadrian delegasi FIFA dan AFC tersebut diyakini memperkuat legitimasi Kongres PSSI.
“Kita tentu berharap acara Kongres PSSI bisa berjalan dengan lancar dan tertib serta menghasilkan output yang positif untuk sepak bola Indonesia ke depan,” kata Sekjen PSSI Ratu Tisha Destria.
Saat ini, proses pemilihan calon ketua, wakil ketua, dan exco PSSI sudah memasuki tahap pengumuman hasil banding. Setelah itu, Komite Pemilihan dan Komite Banding Pemilihan akan mengumumkan daftar calon tetap pada Rabu (23/10), sebelum masa kampanye dimulai 24-31 Oktober 2019.(TTF/jal/ckn)
