Kemendikbud : Berikan Dukungan Insentif Pajak Pupertax Deduction Kegiatan vokasi

JAKARTA – Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) memberikan dukungan terhadap insentif pajak supertax deduction kegiatan vokasi. Fasilitas fiskal diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan vokasi Indonesia.

Mendikbud Nadiem Makarim mengatakan insentif pajak bagi kegiatan vokasi merupakan kesempatan bagi dunia pendidikan untuk memperluas kerja sama dengan dunia industri. Menurutnya, insentif pajak dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk mendukung transformasi pendidikan vokasi.

Adapun transformasi pendidikan vokasi tersebut fokus kepada peningkatan kualitas lulusan secara berkesinambungan. Kemudian memenuhi kriteria SDM dari lulusan vokasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pelaku usaha.

“[Kebijakan] ini mendorong vokasi mendapat kesempatan lebih besar untuk mendapat mitra dalam pengembangan kurikulum, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas pembelajaran, serta kesempatan pemagangan,” katanya di laman resmi Kemendikbud dikutip Selasa (29/12/2020),lalu.

Nadiem menerangkan dengan kerja sama dunia pendidikan dan pelaku usaha masih dilakukan secara terbatas. Melalui insentif pajak kegiatan vokasi dia berharap bukan hanya kualitas lulusan yang makin baik tapi juga ikut memperbaiki kurikulum dan sistem pembelajaran.

Dengan demikian, bukan hanya kualitas lulusan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri, tapi juga meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pengajar dan sistem pendidikan vokasi. Menurutnya, kementerian akan membuka pintu lebar pelaku usaha masuk tataran teknis pendidikan vokasi sebagai pengajar.

“Pusat kurikulum dan pengajaran juga harus fokus pada industri, dan peran industri juga harus meningkat sebagai pemilik konten dari sekolah-sekolah vokasi kita,” terangnya.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Dirjen Pajak Suryo Utomo mengatakan insentif pajak untuk kegiatan vokasi yang diatur melalui PMK No.128/2019 untuk mendorong link and match lulusan vokasi dengan kebutuhan SDM pelaku usaha.

Menurutnya, supertax deduction dan mendukung persiapan tenaga kerja terampil dan kompeten sesuai kebutuhan industri. Suryo menjabarkan sampai akhir tahun ini sudah ada 25 wajib pajak (WP) yang memanfaatkan skema ini yang berasal dari seluruh Indonesia.

Selain itu, terdapat 157 Mitra Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) dan 175 PKS dengan 26.690 peserta. Kegiatan usaha yang sudah memanfaatkan fasilitas pajak ini antara lain sektor manufaktur, kesehatan, agribisnis, pariwisata, dan industri kreatif.

“Sederhananya, kalau pelaku usaha mengeluarkan biaya Rp100 juta untuk kegiatan sehari-hari mereka [kegiatan vokasi], mereka membebankan Rp100 juta sebagai pengurang sebelum mereka membayar pajak,” imbuh Suryo. (Bsi/ckn)
