Celahkotanews.com || Dumai – Jalan soeberantas kota dumai tepatnya pada tahun 2012 yang lalu sempat mendapat pembangunan dari pemerintah kota dumai namun sayang jalan tersebut di kerjakan tidak semperna bahkan jalan tersebut di duga di kerjakan asal – asalan sehingga mutu dan kualitas jalan soberantas tidak terjamin sehingga banyak menuai protes dan berujung di meja Hijau.
Pada tahun 2016 dengan mengunakan APBD Tambahan (DAK) Dana alokasi khusuns tahun 2016 Dari Pemerintah Pusat ,jalan soebrantas kota dumai yang berada dipusat kota tersebut mendapat pembanguan kedua dengan total anggaran sebesar Rp 8,733.086.000,- Milyar Dana ini di pergunakan untuk membanguan jalan tersebut dengan panjang 583 meter ,lebar 14 meter dengen ketebalam 30 CM meter di tambah dengan lantaikerja 10 CM Meter di bangun dengan sistim Beton Rigit.
Sejauh itu Kepala Bidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Dumai Nur Istiqlal saat di jumpai terkait Peningkatan pembanguan jalan sobrantas kota dumai mengatakan. Bahwa melalui dana APBD Tambhan dana alokasi kusus 2016 dari Pemerintah pusat jalan tersebut mendapat anggran sebesar Rp 9,3 Milyar namun yang di tenderkan hanya sebersar Rp8,733.086.000,- dan dimenangkan oleh perusahan PT.sinar abadi riau mandiri.
“Ya benar pada tahun 2016 ini Kita kembali Mendapat anggaran tambahan alokasi Kusus dari Pemerintah Pusat untuk Peningkatan Pembangnuan jalan soebrantas Kecamatan Dumai timur Sebesar Rp 9,3 Milyar yang dimenangkan PT. PT.sinar abadi riau mandiri. Dengan kontrak sebesar Rp Rp 8,733.086.000,- Milyar untuk Pembangunan jalan sepanjang 583 meter,lebar 14 Meter Dan tebal 30 CM meter,”Ujar Nur Istiqlal.(14/11).
Sementara itu terkait pengawasan pemabangunan jalan sobrantas tersebut kabid bina marga dinas pekerjkaan umum kota dumai ini lebih menekankan kepada pihak kontraktor untuk tetap menjaga kulitas serta memberi pengawasan Extra terkait pembangunan jalan soebratas tersebut mengingat jalan tersebut beberapa waktu yang lalu sempat mendapat masalah terkait pembangunannya di loksasi yang sama.
“kita bersama kontraktornya akan melakukan pengawasan baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitasnya,dan kita akan melakukan pengawasan extra agar hal yang serupa tidak terjadi di pemabangnuan jalan ini,”Jelas Nur istiqlal.
Sejauh ini juga sesuai dengan volume kerja pembangunan jalan tersebut selama 36 hari kalender yang di hitung mulai pada 10 november 2016 dan berakhir pada tanggal 15 Desember 2016.
Seyogyanya jalan soeberatas memang sudah sehurusnya mendapat perhatian dari pemerintah kota dumai mengingat jalan tersebut yang berada di tengan jantung kota dumai tidak memadai dan acap kali digenangi banjir bila musim penghujan tiba.
Namun tidak sampai disini terkait dengan permasalahan jalan di kota dumai memang bukan saja jalan soebrantas yang mengalami kerusakan yang begitu berarti namun jalan-jalan lain juga banyak yang rusak becek dan berlubang.
Sejauah ini juga untuk Pembangnuan infrastruktur jalan yang mengunakan APBD Murni kota dumai pada tahun 2016 memang belum ada terlihat pemabangunan terkecuali pembangunan yang mengunakan dana alokasi khussus seperti jalan Bintan,jalan ahmad yani ( tegalega ) ,jalan di ponegoro (sukajadi yang mendapat pembangunan).
Sejauh itu juga untuk peningakatan jalan soebrantas saat ini sudah berlansung Pekerjaanya Dengan Melakukan pengerukan dan pengersaan jalan dengan cara Reflesing Bes.(Ckn)
