“Sejauh ini masyarakat Rohil Butuh perubahan dan kita perlu melakukan perbandingan dengan kabupaten yang lain untuk membangun kabupaten ini dan tidak hanya monoton,selain melakukan pemerataan pembangunan saya akan lebih memperhatikan ekonomi kerakyatan mulai dari tingkat desa,kelurahan serta kecamatan sehingga pelayanan terhadap Masyarakat dapat di rasakan oleh semua lapisan masyarakat,sudah tentunya kami lebih mendahului masyarakat dengan skala prioritas.”terang herman sani
Sejuah ini juga pasangan dengan nomer urut empat tersebut bersama calon wakilnya semakin percaya, setelah melihat dukukungan dari berbagai elemen masyrakat rohil.
Sebagai mana yang kita ketahui pula herman sani sebagian putra asli rohil ini juga telah banyak di kenal oleh masyarakat kota ikan tersebut.
