CELAHKOTANEWS.COM||BENGKALIS- Ini beberapa jawaban Bupati Bengkalis Amril Mukminin ketika beberapa waktu lalu dan Senin (3/10/16) hari ini sejumlah kalangan masyarakat berdemonstrasi ke Kantor Bupati dan Kantor DPRD Bengkalis.
Menurut Bupati Amril, menyalurkan aspirasi lewat sebuah unjuk rasa atau demontrasi merupakan hal yang boleh-boleh saja dan dibenarkan peraturan perundang-undangan.
“Begitu juga aspirasi kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bengkalis. Setiap masyarakat berhak yang memberikan masukkan, kritikan maupun dukungan kepada kita lewat berbagai cara seperti demonstrasi dan lain sebagainya. Semua akan kita jadikan pendorong untuk percepatan keberhasilan pembangunan di daerah ini,” ujarnya, kepada sejumlah wartawan usai melantik 74 Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama, Pejabat Administrator dan Pejabat Pengawas, Senin (3/10/16).
Bupati Amril juga mempersilahkan masyarakat yang ingin menyampaikan aspirasinya lewat aksi unjuk rasa. Namun, karena ada undang-undangan yang mengaturnya, dirinya berharap dan mengingatkan, agar hal itu tidak dilakukan dengan cara-cara atau dapat menyebabkan hal-hal yang bersifat anarkis.
“Seperti merusak fasilitas umum ataupun mengganggu kenyamanan masyarakat lainnya,” pesan Amril.
Sebelumnya, pada Senin (3/10/16) pagi, sekitar ratusan masyarakat yang mengatas namakan Gerakan Masyarakat Pendukung Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis (GMDPD) berunjukrasa mendatangai Kantor Bupati Bengkalis.
Aksi damai GMDPD itu menyuarakan dukungan mereka kepada Pemkab Bengkalis dalam menyelenggarakan program pemerintahan dan pembangunan lima tahun ke depan.
Dalam orasi umum GMDPD meminta Amril Mukminin dan Wakil Bupati Bengkalis Muhammad, untuk tidak takut dengan provokasi dari pihak-pihak yang berusaha memperkeruh roda pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pelayanan masyarakat di daerah ini.(rt/net)
