CELAHKOTANEWS.COM, DUMAI – Menindak lanjuti Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, Pemerintah Kota Dumai akan membangun desa adat. Demikian disampaikan Asisten I Bidang Pemerintahan, H Dermawan SSos, Kamis (26/2).
“Pemerintahan terendah di Dumai adalah Kelurahan, untuk menindak lanjuti UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, Pemko Dumai akan membangun Desa Adat,”kata mantan Kadinsos itu.
Menurut Darmawan, terkait pembangunan desa adat, Pemerintah akan melaksanakan rapat koordinasi dengan instansi terkait lainnya seperti Lembaga Adat Melayu Riau (LAMR) Kota Dumai. Pemko Dumai juga akan membentuk kepanitiaan untuk pembentukan desa adat. Panitia terdiri dari berbagai unsur seperti Pemko Dumai, Cendikiawan, Akademisi dan dari LAMR Kota Dumai.
Dalam rapat koordinasi, kita akan membahas seputar desa yang akan beridiri sendiri, seperti perangkat desa dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya.
“Rencana pembangunan Desa Adat akan kita bahas secepatnya. Semua pihak terkait akan kita undang untuk membahas pembentukan desa,”jelasnya.
Terakhir, Dermawan mengatakan April 2015 mendatang Pemerintah akan melakukan sosialisasi Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. “Mulai April 2016, Pemko Dumai akan mensosialisasikan UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2014,”pungkasnya.(wdy)
