celahkotaNEWS.com || DUMAI – Pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) untuk Kota Dumai akan diterapkan pada Senin 18 Mei 2020.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Sekretaris Daerah Kota Dumai Herdi Salioso usai memimpin telekonferensi dengan Gubernur Riau Kamis (14/5/2020).
“Paling lambat Senin (18/5/2020) PSBB sudah akan diterapkan di Dumai. Nanti walikota dan ketua DPRD Dumai yang akan mengumumkannya.” Kata Sekda
Diakui Sekda, rapat persiapan PSBB memang belum final. Rencananya akan dilakukan lagi rapat pemantapan Jumat (15/5/2020) yang akan dipimpin langsung Walikota Dumai. Namun secara umum PSBB akan diterapkan Senin mendatang. Tambah Sekda
Diterangkan Sekda, Jumat (15/5/2020) PSBB sebenarnya sudah harus berjalan, namun kita minta waktu sampai Senin, Kita tidak mau gegabah. Sebelum PSBB diterapkan semua aspek harus kita pikirkan termasuk jaring pengaman Sosial, karena dampak yang ditimbulkan sangat besar, terutama masalah ekonomi.
“Untuk itu, sebelum PSBB dilaksanakan, harus sudah ada kesiapan seperti, jaringan pengaman sosial bagi masyarakat terdampak Covid-19 harus sudah diserahkan sebelum atau saat awal pelaksanaan PSBB diterapkan,” Tambah Sekda.
Masyarakat juga harus diberi pemahaman terkait PSBB, agar masyarakat mengetahui apa yang di bolehkan dan apa yang dilarang, sehingga masyarakat siap menghadapi PSBB.
Termasuk sanksinya, dalam hal pemberian sanksi kami tidak ingin memberikan sanksi hukum atau kurungan, tetapi cukup dengan teguran saja, atau pendekatan persuasif apabila ada warga yang melanggar aturan dalam PSBB.
Tadi dalam rapat juga telah kita bahas kesiapan Peraturan Daerah tentang PSBB. Melalui kesempatan ini Kita sampaikan, Perda sudah kita siapkan termasuk Perwako yang mengatur teknis pelaksanaan PSBB di Kota Dumai.
“Ada dua konsep Perda, pertama memakai Perda Propinsi, kedua memakai Perda Kota Dumai. Draft nya sudah kita siapkan termasuk Perwako yang akan mengatur teknis pelaksanaan PSBB di Dumai.” Paparnya.
Terakhir Sekda mengatakan, sosialisasi akan dilaksanakan Jumat (15/5/2020) sampai Minggu (17/5/2020). Pungkasnya. (Ckn)
